I have spent more than 30 years building software, startups, products, teams, and often... my own troubles. The goal of this blog is simple: to share some of that experience with people who may find it useful, and to force myself to shape my ideas more clearly. Writing is a good debugger. It makes vague thoughts crash earlier.

And yes, I will use AI while preparing posts. For research, structure, checking arguments, and making the English more readable — because English is not my first language, and because fighting grammar is not my favourite hobby. But the final text will be mine. AI can help polish the glass, but it will not drink my beer.
